Effect:    Because their music has unique powers to soothe the savage beast,
bards can lull many normally vicious creatures into peaceful
serenity.  Since the drive for self-preservation is so
intense, however, creatures already in battle will not desist
from defending themselves.  When this song is sung by a bard
with exceptional charisma, there is a possibility the mobs will
forget their enmity with past attackers.

Usage:     sing 'pax' <target>
