Quest points were implemented in 2009, and bring an added tier of reward for participation in IMM+ sponsored quests, and in-game questing. In 2019, it was decided that Quest Tokens would be the predominant method of tracking Quest rewards, as the coins could stay physically with a character in the player database.
Quest tokens come in several denominations:
a bronze 1-point Quest Token a silver 5-point Quest Token a gold 10-point Quest Token a platinum 50-point Quest Token a sapphire 100-point Quest Token a ruby 500-point Quest Token a diamond 1000-point Quest Token
You can purchase items from Nienna Ciryatan (Nothrim Telerrim Shop) in Arcadia or wrangle a GOD and choose an item from this list.
