WEATHER

The weather command tells the user what the weather is if they are currently outdoors.
Stormy weather has beneficial effects for the create water and call lightning spells.

Example:

If indoors when inquiring:

> weather
You have no feeling about the weather at all.

If inquiring outdoors, there are several possible weather patterns:

> weather
The sky is <cloudless | cloudy | rainy | lit by flashes of lightning> and you feel a warm wind from <direction>.
