STAT BONUSES
You can achieve additional mana regen bonuses if you are a non-remort class and you equip INT and WIS items, or if you are a remort class, INT and CHA items:

Therefore, if you have at least a seven (7) remort non-bard/ranger character, you can increase your mana regen bonus up to 24% with +7 WIS (+12%) and +7 INT (+12%)! At least seven (7) remort bard/rangers get the same increase with +7 WIS (+12%) and +7 CHA (+12%)!
Age
Older character receive a regen bonus up to the age of 175, at which point the age bonus is maximized at 30%. To calculate the regen bonus for your character, use the following formula:
Regen Bonus = ([AGE] - 25) / 5
