REIMBURSE

This command is used to load items directly into an individual's
inventory.  It's handy for doing reimbursements after bugs because you
don't have to wait for the person to pick the items up and it isn't limited
by how much they can actually carry, but you can only use the command to
load non-limited items.

Usage:  reimburse <player name> <object vnum>
