Ice Fortress

History:

You have entered the great Ice-Fortress of the goddess Razakasch. She is the vengeful mistress of the north, the cold and the storms. Her fortress is made from glowing sheets of blue-white ice. It stretches to the north, east and west, and extends above you further than you can see. This is where Razakasch's minions, the gyrgyle, harbor until she calls upon them to punish those that do not pay her proper respect.

General Zone Strategy:

The area has been modified slightly since these notes were made during preliminary testing in 2022. Be advised. Since that time, objects and mobs have been adjusted. Quest lines have been added to all the lower level masters. Check out their quests before you kill them. A dead Questmaster tells no tales, nor do they reward you while they are re-spawning, so work with your friends to insure everyone is accommodated. The Ice Fortress quests are not timed.

This area uses heavy puzzle-solving techniques not seen in previous areas. Replying on the tried-and-true-method of killing mobs to drop keys may or may not yield solutions. Sophisticated approaches will generally yield more effective rewards. Consider interacting with mobs, if possible.
