- Locate the Soothsayer's Wagon with a Mage or Jedi, using the keyword "wagon". When you find the boxy wagon, type:
> enter wagon
- You'll encounter the soothsayer. Make sure you are flying to access the Mystic Chains via the Temple.

Story/History:
- The area is a representation of the Roman gods and goddesses associated with the pagan horoscope first recorded by the Greeks and later adopted by the Romans. The study and interpretation of the Horoscope was spread throughout Europe through the conquests of the Roman Empire.

- Cepheus (Sceptre of Might), Polaris (Ring of the Universe, Great Dipper of the Skies), Ursa Major (Stellar Fragment), Cassiopeia (Ring of Dignity), Hercules (Titanic Arm Plates), Taurus (Hooves of Taurus), Aries (spring shoot), Cancer (summer flower), Libra (autumn leaf), Capricorn (winter branch), Soothsayer (palm reader).
General Zone Strategies:
- To gain access to the upper universe, collect the four seasonal tokens, Spring (shoot), Summer (flower), Fall (leaf), and Winter (branch) from Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn, respectively. These four keys, if present in your inventory, will sequentially (calendar-wise) unlock the trapdoor to the upper universe located just north of the mystic chains, and the three remaining secret doors along the path of Draco until you arrive at the Head of Draco.
- Beware Draco's aggressive head at the entrance of Cepheus' chambers.
- The mobs here a multi-hitters, but with a simple cleric debuff, the mobs of the upper universe is easily defeated by a mid-level duo.
- The Galaxy is an empty reset zone, so set your gates and stay out for reset.
