Effect:          Causes moderate fire damage to ungrouped mobs in the target room.

Damage Formula:  (dice(9,(8+GET_LEVEL(ch)/5))) + 10 * 2)

                 Use fireblast in conjunction with energy drain to fireblast large numbers 
                 of mobs without fear of succumbing to multi-round follow on damage.



Usage:     cast 'fireblast' <target>
