Consider asking a high CHA bard to enrage for your target warrior. 25 CHA enrage will bestow a +6 DAM bonus. When combined with inspire and aid, enrage adds a potent buff for high impact skill attacks like backstab, shieldcharge, doublehit and others. Enrage provides an additional +1 STR bonus non-stackable with UNHOLY STRENGTH or the magic user STRENGTH spell!
While the target's hitroll and AC are damaged, a clerical or paladin bless will offset loss of hitroll bonus and blur, armor and stoneskin will offset the loss of AC.
