Effect:    Causes a tremendous amount of psionic damage to the target mob
if the mob fails its saving throw.  (Mobs currently cannot save vs. psionic attacks.)
Higher INT increases the devastating effects of this spell.  This spell is only available
to the Dark Jedi.

Damage formula: 17*level + (25 int modifier) = 700 avg damage at level 30/ 25 INT

Usage:     cast 'brain implosion' <target>
