| AC Kit (Spoiler)Sep 7, 2008 at 3:37pm
QuoteEdit Post by Dank on Sep 7, 2008 at 3:37pmI was messing around with AC kits, today, and I was able to put together a -251ac neu cleric, using a cham cloak, clerical buffs and a blur. I guess the question is, and knowing how THAC0 work in AD&D, what the hell does -251ac actually mean? Apparently not much after maybe -100ac. It would be cool to figure this out going forward. Perhaps AC should top out at a max number, despite what we're wearing, so that we can gauge the max the melee engine is using.
You are using: <used as light> a Prismatic Jewel(invisible) (glowing) <worn on finger> a studded ring(invisible) <worn on finger> a studded ring(invisible) <worn around neck> a black plate neckguard(invisible) <worn around neck> a black plate neckguard <worn on body> a gilded gold breast plate(invisible) <worn on head> a crimson steel helm and visor <worn on legs> mystical silk leggings(invisible) (glowing) <worn on feet> a pair of leather sandals(invisible) <worn on hands> a pair of bronze gauntlets(invisible) <worn on arms> a pair of crimson steel vambraces <worn as shield> a huge tower shield(invisible) <worn about body> a chameleon cloak(invisible) (glowing) <worn about waist> a red loincloth (humming) <worn around wrist> a bracelet of sleep(invisible) (glowing) <worn around wrist> a bracelet of sleep(invisible) (glowing) <wielded> a runed staff(invisible) (glowing) <held> an ankh(invisible) PS I used to be able to get lower with a unicorn's horn... which is 10ac.... but they changed it to a wand from a light... |

"XYZZY" -- A powerful magic word, ADVENTURE, circa 1977, (and a great way to remember 3D matrix transforms). |
