Target:          any one mob                   When:      combat or non-combat
Delay:           one round                     Duration:  instantaneous

Effect:          Causes a bolt of lightning to strike the target mob.  In order to call 
                 lightning from the sky, the caster must be in an area where it is raining.
 
                 CALL LIGHTNING, when available, is the most powerful clerical offensive
                 spell for the mana cost, yielding large amounts of melee casting xp.  Use it! 
          
Damage Formula:  12D8 + 8 (64.0 AVG) * (caster level / 15)

Usage:     cast 'call lightning' <target>
