Target: one monster When: non-combat
Delay: one combat round Duration: instantaneous
Effect: The suggestion song will force the target monster to do one
command of the bard's choosing if it is successful. If the
song fails, then the monster will attack the bard. High
charisma decreases the odds of being attacked on failure. Glowing mobs
are unaffected by the suggestion song.
Usage: sing 'suggestion' <victim> <action>
sing 'suggestion' guard drop key
