The Summoner's Charm constructible neckwear recently underwent an affects overhaul: the negative wisdom was removed in favor of a single positive intelligence bonus.
Description:
- The small, protective charm has been attached to a chain of quicksilver links. Many summoners wear such articles to protect them from the creatures they bring into this plane... often with mixed results.
