Effect:    Causes massive amounts of nuclear damage to all ungrouped
mobs in the target room.

Fission bomb costs at least 150 mana to cast, but it will
totally deplete the caster's mana.  This extra mana is
used to create a shield which will (hopefully) protect
the caster from the adverse effects of his own spell.

There are many nasty, permanent side effects for improperly
shielded nuclear spells, including blindness, poison, loss
of hit points and even permanent death.
