EXTRA HIT

Level:     R23                           Cost:      30 movement
Target:    any one mob                   When:      combat only
Delay:     four combat rounds            Duration:  instantaneous

Effect:    Rangers using extra hit attempt to strike the monster they are
fighting an additional time during combat.  Unlike double hit,
extra hit is not automatic.  A ranger must choose to use it.
The skill will block any other commands from being used for
several rounds.

Usage:  extrahit
