Effect:    Using a magic book, a player may make scrolls for certain
spells.  They need to have the components, but other than
that, the skill is really quite simple to use.  It may even
give the user access to spells that are more powerful than
they can cast through sheer magical might alone.

Usage:  copy <spell>
